With the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, returns will not be offered.
That being said, if the item you recieve is incorrect or arrives damaged, please feel free to email us with your number order and relevant images/videos at info@kiovcollect@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation for you!
You may request your order be cancelled any time until it is shipped, but cancellations will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is to cover a payment processing fee that we are charged with when the transaction was originally made.
